Fast shipping, good prices. Accurate descriptions of items. Nice eshop easy to use, broad sortiment. Search need little bit of work as when I used part of the name of product to find similar items, it didnt find the original items I copied name from. Would be great have one additional field in address, I needed put name of company to address as on address there are more of them, but fedex just called and asked me so no problem with delivery.

I ordered a set of STM EVO SBK dry clutch conversion kit for my Ducati Diavel from Motostorm (order reference #497828) on Jan 1, 2023. On Jan 23, 2023 I emailed to their consumer service about the order status, and I was told the item has to be back ordered from STM Italy due to production issue, and to expect shipment at mid-March.
On Mar 17, 2023 I check my order status again and there is still no update. The site still listed my order is to "expect shipment on Mar 16, 2023). I tried to email their customer service, and there is no response from them yet.
I am quite anxious now, because the clutch kit is quite expensive and hard to get these days.
If there is some production/ logistic issue from the manufacturer (STM Italy), at least they can be honest to me.
I am more than happy to change my rating once I received my item. But until then, I would not recommend anyone buying from Motostorm.
This is not just a review, but a S.O.S. post to look for proper response from MotoStorm.

I purchased an Arrow Sonora Titanium Approved Slip on. I received Arrow exhaust. When I opened up the parcel was shocked to find the parcel had been already opened and the contents were a used Arrow exhaust!

The first thing I noticed was that the fitting bracket has scratch marks where it has been mounted and over-tightened against a washer. Inside the main fitting bracket, there are a lot of fine scratches where it's been fitted! I noticed there was an impact on the exhaust gasket flange and looking down the exhaust you can see the residue of exhaust gasses (black soot) and corrosion.

Tried emailing them no response! I have put this purchase in dispute with PayPal.

My 13 year old son saved for boots and bought from Motostorm only to have to be told we have to pay over £50 in duty and handling fee. They were the same price elsewhere so have paid £50 over the odds. Motostorm refuse to accept returns.

UK Purchasers be aware.

Motostorms carrier, Fed Ex, will add import duties even to zero-rated items, such as the helmet I bought. With the additional £62 this helmet would have been cheaper from Motolegends.

My enquiries regarding this got one-word responses from Juliana, and I was referred back to the payment page on the website. In my opinion, I should not have had to go looking for this.

I was also told that this was made clear in the confirmation email, but on review of this, there was no mention of this.

I feel that this should have been made clear at the checkout when I paid and not left for me to find out after the delivery of the item. To me this is deliberately misleading and is very poor practise.

Thanks for the reply. As I have stated several times. I don't think that a purchaser should be delving into the website to see this. If your carrier is going to charge VAT on a UK zero rated item (as per the VAT guidelines that I have forwarded) then this should be stated at the point of sale.

Also, as previously stated, and as per the screen shot i forwarded to you, your confirmation email to me is in Italian (fair enough) but has no such reference to import duties.

My feelings on this are that Motostorm have probably filled the customs declaration out incorrectly. But at no point have you cared or been willing to admit that motostorm might be the slightest bit at fault.

I stand by my previous comments. UK buyers beware.

Great prices and short delivery time.

Don’t buy from this company, specially from UK. They are happy to send items with ilegal invoices to avoid customs charges and I did have to return my item, and they suggested me to put just £50 value to avoid delay in customs. I followed their instructions, parcel got lost and the company who I sent the park el with, they refunded me just £50 and they are refusing me to pay the difference.
Wrong practice all and all. Don’t trust them and they are very illegal.

I bought a Schuberth E1 Tuareg yellow helmet. I have to say I haven't tried it on the bike yet but it looks very good so far.
The experience with Motostorm.it is also very good. I received the helmet within a few days. I recommend!

Beware after completing payment and getting confirmation mail now showing no order. My Order reference #497841 this but when I try to check it on my account them showing no order. It’s a fraud please don’t use this site not getting any response from support team as well as

I have been send 2 emails (23.12 and today morning) about my order, no reply.
Order placed 13.12.2022 should be shipped 20.12.2022, still "order in progress" not processed, and of course not shipped.
